Ak says they can remove ji and call each other as Abhinav and Akshara. Nav says we will do that. When ak goes away he says give me some medicine Ak ji akshara. He comes happily from stairs and says Akshara i want to shout out. He mumbles akshara uyiii Jaa...

Ak cut that ji which is added for the gratitude of Abhinav on her life for her kid and the respect which she gives him for that to keep him as part of the family .

Abhinav always said Ak ji as respect and they never had that close bonding for themselves other than the bond for the kid.

Abhimanyu declared in puja Akshara as his honewali wife before shivji and Ak cut that ji from her name which is through Nav. Soul connect of abhira coming back by freeing themselves from burdens , responsibilities and obligations. Ak made Abhinav the original one who is ABHINAV the orphan man who helped her in her journey. So she freed him from that bhoj so that he can lead his next life on his own without Ak, kid bhoj on him . In this process Abhis akshu and akshus abhi are coming together as soulmates to unite.

Abhinav will get medicine from Akshara no doubt showing her love for Abhi infront of families when he is in danger not caring anyone.

This whole dream sequence is superb which showed mind vs heart of abhi. The mind words through ak asking him questions against his heart felt answers. He is in darkness after she left him and she is his sunlight to bring him the life as he wants to live. Ak is his breaths , heart and mind always so without her he is unable to live. He is just faking life in darkness. All his emotions are for Ak none can love him like ak nor he can love anyone that way. Today his soul year-end for ak by declaring his love for her. Love Realisation happened for abhi in this dream sequence and it's just a start for him how he conquers his love Ak back to be seen. As he is not sleep or a dream it's a mind vs heart combo with consciousness of abhi. Kudos to HC for expressing Abhis love and his voice modulation. Atlast his yearning for ak moved us against his deeds done. Whatever they excuse their mistakes is within themselves next against their confession.

Abhi threw ak away saying she is responsible for destruction in his family and death blames. After she went away it's all his pain and darkness and he wants that sunlight back to him for his love.

When he is in darkness ak showed him light and held his hand as he was unable to walk properly. This is for the hospital sequence when he is in critical condition she holds him and gives him that assurance back.
