One can see how much the South Indian film industry respects ShahRukh...Shobu even mentions it...and this goes vice vers as ShahRukh shows a lot of respect and also fondness for southern stars (and I guess, also for their cinema because it's as much Indian Cinema as the Hindi one).

Heard it is being released in some more countries now

If I'm not mistaken, Japan is one of them...China and Korea were mentioned, too...it's all a question of dubbing as those countries want foreign movies be dubbed (I read somewhere).

I went to Shobu's Twitter account to read some comments. One of them - correctly - stated that Bahubali2's worldwide and pan-Indian records are still valuable (and - imo - certainly will remain for still a while).

It was also obvious that Pathaan was welcome as a kind of pan-Indian movie (through the dubbed versions) but not in a prominent way.

This doesn't take away from the joy about the (original) Hindi version's success but it nevertheless puts Pathaan into perspective relative to Bahubali2.
