I’m curious now though - why do they rely on such antiquated ways to understand what is popular and not? Is it mainly for ad revenue through cable viewers? Maybe during the days where cable was the only way for someone to watch a show, it made sense. But that’s not the case anymore. how is that still the only way to determine viewership/popularity etc
Todays episode was really sweet Videv wise - unka heart to heart sunke mere aankhein nam ho gaye ❤️ their fears their wishes their love etc etc. Devs perspective on him being unable to convince his mom about the work thing. Her not giving up on it. Bohut hi pyara tha.
baaki - HP ko kallu ek bhayankar idea deta hai - someone who sounds like a loan shark who can lend him money. HP says he’ll think about it.

Unfortunately, that's still the way TRPs are calculated, I don't know the details myself, but from what I have heard it's a very outdated process, that's what experienced actors like Iqbal Khan themselves say, that ratings system is so rigged!
ITV and ratings system overall need an overhaul - if quality content actually is to survive on ITV, otherwise web and OTT will keep flourishing and TV content will continue to stagnate and keep regressing! 😭😭

Dev babu ke ring, vidhi didi ke payal - unke unique bracelets. Ab HP ka kuch kaand karne ka time aa gaya hai. Kitne din tak Priya aur mausi ye bhoj utha the rahenge.
On a serious note - I think it will take something major like this to distract dev completely from business and tab jaake Amba aur Yogesh ka plan safal hoga.
