The episode begins where Maitree is explaining her dad not to take her from her in-laws as she was always taught from childhood that any problems come in life then face it, don't run away from it. Saransh's mother is quiet and crying on the floor.

Maitree's dad says I am happy for you to stay at your in-laws only if they respect you not disrespect you. You deserve better.

Maitree goes to her room and changes into a white saree and removes all colourful jewellery and makeup. She starts to look at a photo book of her, Nandu and Ashish how they were happy and living life. Ashish walks in and sees Maitree in a shock. Ashish tries to console her.

At the hospital, Nandu gets flashback of how the accident happened and how she came into the hospital and gave birth to a baby boy before she went in coma. Her observation vitals on the monitor starts to go up and the nurse tries to wake her up and calls the doctor. The doctor calls Ashish and tells him there is some improvement in Nandu's health.

Ashish tells the family that Nandu's health is improving slowly and that chhotu Tiwari (baby) can come home.
