I know this movie has already been filmed because I got into a terrible habit of stalking Diljit's social media account around the farmer's protest.

He posted in his stories about being in Badapest shooting with Ali Abbas Zafar. Banita Sandhu and Diana Penty were in his stories too.

He even mentioned in his interviews the movie turned out well. Although he got on a flight to Budapest without reading the script because he had so much trust in Ali Abbas Zafar's vision.

Okay...I searched for Detective Sherdil because of those 'news' (at that time news) but indeed, if the movie got completed then it did not release yet...
