The episode begins when Saransh is in the OT and doctors inform the family their son will be fine.

Doctors are trying to retrieve Saransh's heart but it was impossible. Other hand, Ashish is looking for Maitree to give blood B- to save Nandu.

Drs come out and informs the family that they are unable to save Saransh and they apologise. Saransh's mother collapses while seeing her son. Everyone is shocked.

Maitree comes and she has no clue about Saransh. She goes and donates blood to Nandu. Ashish cries seeing Maitree and doesn't know how to tell her that Saransh is no more.

Maitree's parents are devastated and crying seeing their daughter's fate.

Maitree insists to see Saransh and sees him on bed lying.
