Same here. My phobia is so bad that I had to give up a job (In Africa) where I was posted to an area where due to the climate the Lizards, Snakes and other reptiles were in abundance. I was just going crazy…I am happy now as I am in Canada and I would have to go to a zoo to see those which I don’t. Yes, like you I avoid the toys, pictures etc. It’s bad…

I can understand your feelings. I am the same way. There are places I have not visited only due to this. They may be exotic and beautiful, but no thank you.
