Baa is making it seem like Kinjal, Kavya and Samar working is a bad thing " They will go to work and leave us alone" wtf
So Kavya has to quit work as Vanraj needs her. I understand in difficulties you need your partner, but should you provide that partner with the same emotional support. Kavya is providing financial support to the house and went she returns from work she inquires about if Baa and Bapuji took their medicines so she is involved in the house as well. And she is always there for emotional support so why is Vanraj acting like a child. Also he says he will take responsibility 9f his children but expects Anupamaa or Kavya to fulfill them on his behalf.
Why was Baa mad at Kinjal for going to work? Kinjal is a working nurse for them anyways plus you have two senior citizens, unemployed Vanraj, a failed café, a budding model, and dance instructor, and an infant so Kinjal has to work. It's not even a choice for her.
So Samar can't even use the restroom his entire life is dedicated to Toshu now. He is one of the few employed people he has to earn. Why are they making the financial earners of the house into villains. Like why can't Vanraj or Baa take care of Toshu.
He has to job anyways rather than forcing the bread winners of the family why can't he devote to his son.... I mean that is his favorite son, also what does Baa do rather than cursing Anupamaa, passing snide comments on Kavya, taunting Kinjal, picking fights with Barkha, and spitting venom against Dimpy. I am sure she can sit with Toshu- oh wait nvm his room has no jhula.
It was sad that Toshu fell but it wasn't right to blame Samar or Kinjal.... like do they not realize medications and food cause money. Like what does Baa even want. Like she didn't want a maid nor does she want a nurse..... I am sure Rakhi or Anuj could arrange for a full time nurse. Though Anuj can't afford security or a cook but Rakhi can.
Seriously why are they treating Rakhi like a bad person for arranging a nurse, or asking her daughter to take care of her child and career. And she was right that someone has to support the family. For the first time Kinjal actually listened to her mom
And seriously what is the need to create a scene at Kavya's place of work... seriously what is his problem is he jealous of her closeness with Mohit or the fact that she has a job. Maybe Kavya started modeling as she was upset with Vanraj's decision to not take the job in Delhi. But she seems to like it, so what happened to the support he was seeking for her.... does the rule not apply to Vanraj.
On a side note: Anupamaa shouldn't have kept Maaya in her house before checking her background solely based on her "Maa wali feeling" she is lucky Maaya isn't a fraud or a theif. Though Barkha isn't wrong that she say Maaya at MaAn's doorway I doubt Maa will belive anyone but Leela Devi. Honestly Barkha should have taken the responsibility of CA, especially since she doesn't like Maaya and who makes a guest cook anyways. When my mom was sick, and I was younger, my taiji used to take me to her house.... so Barkha dressing CA and helping with her HW and feeding is what family does.... I mean she didn't like Maaya doing it so she could have....
Barkha is clearly a keeper though.... Anupamaa is obsessed with Baa and phamily but even after their mistakes I think Barkha-Ankush definitely care about them. If I am not wrong I think Barkha never wanted to take over from Anuj just wanted to safe guard her children's future after Ankush's failed business. Plus they weren't wrong in thinking Anupamaa is a gold digger... I mean they didn't know her plus Anuj didn't learn for his previous mistake and gave her his entire life earnings.... but yeah unlike the Shah's these to definitely aren't leaches.
