It is not just instincts. It is the moral code of this family. Her mother has no idea the nature of Fardeen's demands. As for her views regarding, any sort of sexual relationship, they established it in the very first episode that she's strictly against them. Uzmi is also likeminded so there's no clash in what's right and what's wrong between mother and daughter, its just that the mother doesn't know everything so she insist her to be nice with Fardeen.

Yes, the execution is good, the subject is both interesting and important, and the acting is on-point, especially Kinza and Azfu.

yehi tou na, given that mother and daughter share the same moral code, it should be easier for her to tell her mom that Banda galat aadmi hai. I am unable to understand why doesn’t she tell her mom that. Yeh small confusion is annoying me but will overlook for Zahid ..he is too good in this show.

That's the main problem and the highlighted issue of this drama. She is in love to such an extent that love has made her blind and she's unable to see that 'banda ghalat aadmi hai'. Her heart is ruling her mind. She's just thinking he also loves her, in a few days, they'll get married, and then, whatever he wanna do now won't be a sin so everything will be okay. However, she doesn't realize that his moral codes are different than hers, he emotionally exploits her, and that he's two-faced. Her bhabi's conversaiton and Zaki's words have made her start thinking about it, but as yet, she hasn't reached the point when her mind starts ruling her heart.
