CA's realisation when she grows up

If she chooses MaAn over Maaya I really wonder how she'd come to terms with this fact once she learns and understands the truth about what Maaya endured just to have and protect her, she is just a child now and doesn't know much but imagine when she grows up and finds out about her mothers past and it hits her that she chose a foster couple over her, wouldn't she feel guilty for breaking her mom's heart knowing that she had no one but only CA while MaAn literally had an entire world of their own. Moreover I am appalled with the very idea that people are supporting and rooting for MaAn getting CA's custody and her choosing them over her own mother. If that was the case then they should have shown Kavya adopting Pakhi and Pakhi living as kavya's daughter. Anupamaa herself can't tolerate any of her kids addressing another woman as their mother but she expects Maaya to give up CA to them? What rubbish? Are the cvs for real? Like they will actually make CA choose MaAn over Maaya then why didn't they do the same for Pakhi?
