so nobody in all of CN including V cares that Vinu is being imprisoned in the house. His school attendance and education is being compromised. Both Savi and Vinu miss each other and arent getting to spend time together.

nobody cares that Savi and Vinu are being kept away from each other and from embracing their real identity as V cna CN family's "real" children because of one criminal woman's so called "mamtaa" and "wishes"

How is any of this Vinu imprisonment warranted? Even with court stuff, Vinu going to school had nothing to do with it. What did they think Sai would do if Vinu went to school?! She has already had multiple chances to tell Vinu the truth but she has been fairly patient . She chose to fight legal battle first to secure her rights before addressing matters with Vinu. She will never risk Vinu getting stressed, or getting anxious etc over anything.

V is the worst father. How does the man live with himself knowing both his children are being lied to, are being deprived of the chance to grow up together, one is imprisoned, one has been addressed as illegitimate by BK and called chuhiya repeatedly by Sonali? !

Sai made an emotional decision just because she didnt want Vinu to be dragged to court proceedings. But V is not at all emotional. HIs child has the chance to grow up with his real mother and sister. Nobody has denied him, CN folks their biological right. but is the happiness of P and BK more important than Savi Vinu having a good upbringing, happiness, peace which Sai can clearly give them. He can even negotiate some terms with Sai of Savi-Vinu living some time every week/month in CN too. If he thinks of himself as self righteous, why doesnt he sacrifice. His baapta is supposedly "mahaan" na....so how come he isnt able to pick Vinu's safety and happiness with Sai/Savi over everything else. Unless he really believes that P's suicidal crap is reason enough to sacrifice Vinu's future and the kids having a normal stable family with each other.

And how long do they plan to keep the truth from Vinu and Savi anyway. Ok they are young now. But when will they feel ready to tell the kids the truth?

At some point they have to address it, and thankfully atleast Sai is stepping up to some of it. It will be interesting if she tells vinu, savi that V is the biological father too...because it would be crazy if she did and these two didnt ask why P is there as his wife in Sai's place. And how would she answer that. will she just say they fought or will she be truthful and say that he betrayed her trust. Will simply telling them they fought and parted ways be enough to satiate the kids curiosity.

Will they really so easily accept the dusri woman in their father's life because of whom now their parents can never reconcile after their "fight" - thats how a child would think right? They wouldnt understand that even without Ps presence Sai V reconciliation was difficult and undesirable but it is true that it is Vs marriage to P that has complicated the issue much more.

But what sucks is that Sai instead of only focusing on telling Vinu the truth should have also fought harder to prove the criminal allegations of VP making them unfit. That doesnt need Vinu in court.

And also she can still reopen the case against P which she filed but somebody else closed and get P arrested once again and undergo trial for that.

No matter what the outcome, P will become a poor fit to be a parent then

Technically Vinu, Savi deserve to know that P is NOT a good person. Even if they claim she has "changed" but she has not served her time unlike lets say a JM. So she still needs to pay her dues. Thats important for kids to know. that reformation is possible but one needs to pay their dues when a mistake, crime is committed.
