Has anyone considered what if the genders are reversed. If a man took in a lady friend to be a mother to his child, but does not officially marry her, she was like a nanny, does all the chores, does everything a wife does, in society they are recognized as a couple but are only friends. I swear pitchforks would be out, man will be crucified for taking advantage of a woman, it would be harassment, no one would defend the guy especially if the lady was nicest soul in this world. But abhinav because he is a man isn’t awarded the same level of sympathy. Is akshara really that clueless to ask of a friend to do everything that only a husband does but not make him a husband. Yes the writers are idiots how this whole thing Sharma family setup is unfair to everyone, ironically it is the most cruel on akshara.
