I don't understand why they're making such a big deal out of Sumbul asking for the same.

They just are too scared of coming across as villains ki Sumbul ke feelings ki kadr nahin hai, bas apna image achha aana chahiye.

I just don’t get it at all. So what if it’s taking her a few hours to get over her guilt. Just tell her, okay take the time you need but please don’t let half the day go to waste - it’s a waste because you've got nothing to feel guilty about - we don’t care, it could’ve been a task that one of us weren’t good at and we’d be in the same position as you.
And add what Nimrit did say which was that one of us will be leaving, we don’t have much time together.
Trying to get her to snap out of it cos the other two will feel bad/villains is classic Sajid bakwas. Also BB full on Vamp mode and steering them to hate on her too. 😆
