Pointers for Ibf complaint

Hey making a separate thread for the complaint to ibf against surrogacy

Please file complaints to Ibf, a friend spoke to them and they said if complaints are filed against the surrogacy aspect they will take action as it is wrong.

1. illegal surrogate cannot adopt the same child they have given birth to

2. Cara law states no person with a criminal record is allowed to adopt

3. Post delivery of the child the surrogate has nothing to do with the child whatsoever

4. A mentally unstable person is not allowed to adopt

I’m not going on bigamy right now cause ibf wont consider it since itv has a history of it but surrogacy they will so I urge people to concentrate only on the surrogacy aspect and complain using that.

feel free to add your points here for people to file complaints especially the episode numbers where they have gone against surrogacy

Looks good. 4th point has to be established well in the episode. But Baki looks good.

Illegal surrogate can adopt any child. Surrogacy and adoption are two different things. Here they have mixed it. like if patralekha had adopted someone else, chal jata. Ek baar you might want to paraphrase point 1

Everyone needs to stress: we are aware of the fact that it's fictional, but it's a sensitive topic and should be dealt with utmost care. Wrong and incorrect information will lead to misleading the audience wrt surrogacy. It will refrain people from opting surrogacy.

An illegal surrogate is as liable as the people actually committing illegal surrogacy unless proven otherwise, so a person who has been a part of an illegal surrogacy voluntarily and without any coercion or under any threat by anyone went ahead with surrogacy cannot and should not be allowed to adopt a child.

Indian law states a man doesn’t need to be married to adopt a MALE CHILD. A single father can adopt a male child.

more than the adoption agency the Indian law supersedes. Simple

Biological mother never gave up rights on her child so she does has rights on her child

The family and father doesn't bother about the other child or girl child and how can law grand custody of a child to such people and environment who shows gender discrimination....

The surrogate never cared about the child when child was in womb -a great violation of law....and she went scot free and hailed as great mother....even called child as bhojh

It was highly ridiculous to show an ips officer doesn't know about laws of adoption....literally bringing shame to whole country in name of fiction

I agree patralekha is a criminal.. with regards to bachha chori how was she allowed to adopt a child .. Sai should open those grounds

Exactly open the cold case.

Sai was not responsible for the accident because it was impossible for her to predict that she would get caught-up in an accident if she went outside. It was not her fault, so she didn't and wasn't negligent towards her child.

Make sure to highlight this.

Guys add as many points you deem fit then compile into a templated complaint and everyone can file the same.
