in the ITV shelf life is too short so as people’s memory. Plus people quit all the time, so it may not big deal. But viewers do know and he indeed is known to quit quite often. That’s his choice. That is why I do not get emotionally involved in his show. That is my choice.

Yes agreed. It is very unfair to producers. I totally see him as a noncommittal. I think that is the reason he is not in a lead role in any show airing at prime channel. The actor like his caliber and skills could get any role in the show airing in prominent show. We have few names, ram kapoor, ronit Roy, Varuna bad old those are still getting on prominent or leading channel. There is a reason why he has to accept a role on class B channel.
Some point some where people do consider commitment as one of the factor before finalizing the leads.

yes it is unfair for producers. As soon as he has something new in pipeline he is gone. Obviously he needs to feed his family of 4 including him.

Also makers butchering his characters add as one of the reasons to quit the show ...at end of day it's always about making female oriented soaps.

I have not watched that episode. Still,pending. Once I miss any, I lose the track of viewing.
