yes he is indeed at point where any day we could hear he is leaving. As soon as he has something in pipeline he is gone. That is how he keeps himself in demand. I consider it questionable loyalty. I started watching the show that after 150 he would and could be gone any day.

He had done it so many time, that I am having hard time believing him. He he does not leave good. But would not be surprised at all if he does.
as long as screen play writer who happens to be dialogue writer also, does not get changed story will stay on positive note with very deep and meaningful dialogues.
but the day he is gone, there is no guarantee about story and screenplay both.

I am here mainly for him and Iqbal came as a bonus.

If someone is not keeping up with their commitment, how can they get more work knowing about their nature.

She could be their sister in addition to Chitra. They may have not talked about it. May be she was rebel and left the house for her career. May be there is no illegitimacy or adulatory in any relation.
we are so used to of negative characters in the show and cast typed stories that we think worst first.

Well I am not saying that industry look at that way. It was my personal opinion about questioning loyalty.
in the ITV shelf life is too short so as people’s memory. Plus people quit all the time, so it may not big deal. But viewers do know and he indeed is known to quit quite often. That’s his choice. That is why I do not get emotionally involved in his show. That is my choice.

He needs a security, before he leaves a show...but considering after a point of time Itv dramas goes downhill, I don't blame him for leaving, but it's unfair for producers.

yes it is unfair for producers. As soon as he has something new in pipeline he is gone. Obviously he needs to feed his family of 4 including him.

Stay’s wish will get fulfilled romancing with shantanu. Deepshikha anyways all the time after him. I so feel that she wants to work opposite him as his girl friend or wife but not mother.
