Abhimaniyu Birla actually has lots of options to explore because after Super Papa, beta Abhir will get sick and then after Beta, Maa Akshu will get sick…so he will be permanently there 😛

1) be at home and cook and let Ak go for driving taxi 😆

2) he can drive taxi seeing Ak 🤣

3) he can sell Akshu made Jam ❤️

4) he can open clinic at home 😳

5) he can join local hospital and get information about Akshu delivery and Abhir truth by becoming friend with that delivery doctor ⭐️
