when u resign from ur job, u hv to serve notice period.

Once u finish ur notice period,on the last working day employee needs to go through some formalities. Like the way u enter in a comp, u sign many documents, sometimes some bonds and all. similarly while exiting u need to go through a process. at that time also u hv to face the HR interview. In exit interview HR just wants to know the reason of your quitting, sometimes they try to retain you.
