I can understand she did not want to say anything in the hospital. It wasn't the appropriate time or place for such discussions. Wouldn't want to risk Suman's health deteriorating on hearing about it. Also not a good idea to mention this in front to Shiva.

But they can't delay it for long. I really want to know how everyone will react to the news. And maybe, just maybe, they will finally elaborate on what exactly he is suffering from.

It was this episode that brought me to IF..I was trying to avoid IF until then becz IF gets me bonded with the show..but these creeps made me feel so unsettled...i had to vent it out..😆
