It would be stupid of them to highlight the surrogacy stuff but they are!! They are giving P dialogues of humara vinu when she was just a surrogate so he wasn't hers....that's her as a surrogate putting her rights on the child that wasn't hers ...

They are trying to make it adoptive mother vs actual.....but then P can't call og baby vinu hers

That itself highlights the surrogacy....at first I thought they were getting away from that when she said that line about her not having Haq to be that baby's mother when she was guilt tripping v in her wheelchair but now they're bringing her "Haq" back?!?
