I don't know about Indian law but I don't think you can be a lawyer without a degree and passing the bar exam here in the US. The only time you can agrue a case is if you refuse council and decide to defend your self in a case. That is the only time you can "be" like a lawyer.
And if Abhinav and Akshu have been struggling for money to pay for cars for the taxi business and Abhir's school fees how the heck could Akshu afford going to school? Unless she took money out of her own funds when she was earning and working as music therapist and singer. Or Bade Papa has been funding that which would not make any sense. Akshu takes money to fund her education but won't do it for Abhir's schooling?
But since when does the CVs and writers made any sense when it comes to careers on this show?
