I think both MC & Shiv has a crush on Priyanka, secretly. But due to fear of backlash from mandli, they can't express it openly.

Priyanka also don't mind flirting of Shiv or MC, as she genuinely don't dislike either of them & often have fun with them too. I think she dislikes Shalin & Nimmo only.
