Haya couldn't be his ex-lover, right?? It doesn't look like that by their interactions especially from Murtu's side but this show is too confusing. They are showing her as a third wheel. She is present in a lot of scene. Even in poster shoot she is there. The way she was behaving in few scenes with him looked like they had a past but his reaction was very cold.

Or maybe she is dead.

Even if the writers are high on weeds and need a twist they won't be dumb or mindless enough to come up with that🤣

So many people have pinpointed so many confusing aspects of the story and I agree with almost all. However, what's confusing me more than anything is Murtasim's facial expressions.

I don't know if it is writing, Wahaj's acting, or what, but Murtasim's facial expressions contradict his actions.

When Murtasim slaps Meerab, his facial expressions tell that he deeply regrets his action. When Meerab faints, Murtasim looks at her, in fact, closely examines her face as if he is smitten by her or feeling irresistible attraction to her. If it wasn't a Pakistani drama I'd even expect him to kiss her. When Meerab is sad, Murtasim looks at her with sympathy and even as if her heartache is hurting him as well.

However, while talking to her, he acts as if he doesn't care at all. His words or actions don't suggest he regrets slapping her. I wonder if he actually started having feelings for her but hiding them inside himself, if they're giving us misleading signals, or if I'm assuming all this?

How much OTT situations , dialogues and situations. I kept rolling my eyes watching the latest episodes. Elders are gone case .. Begum, Anwar, Waqas and Anila all are behaving like SP' characters with no brains or true emotions.😆 I don't even want to discuss the drama of fire , real father and daughter convo , Meerub visit to her adopted parents.. It is funny though.😆

The slap seems like nothing beside all that ottness. And to top it all.. dargah and the old man with a thread which has the solution of all Meerub's problems.🤣 Who believes in such things!😳

Yes.. watching for the chemistry between leads. But also for the unintended funny scenes.. 😆

Not watching for chemistry also. I'll drop the show like mujhe pyar hua tha. Maha boring hai ye sab. 😴 there is no love story either..Tashan bekar ka hai without any rhyme reason ..har baat mei zid hai and all he does is react to her childishness with his. He has zero feelings for her then why can't he refuse the proposal ?

I fail to understand all these characters..only hayas sister look a little sane to me..rest all r lunatics...jail ke warden

Even SP shows goes well for 3-4 months. This is only ep 5-6. Even naagin manages to make sense for more episodes 🤣

I don't think I watched any SP drama which made sense for me for a month.. but I watched few, and I don't believe in talking naagins, but I trust you .😆

Everything is ott. They are trying so hard and i personal find wahaj's angry young man demeanor and yumna's headstrong progressive girl act funny at times. I find them to be more matured as actors to play these kind of silly characters.

Yes. Their fights make me laugh. I wonder how they still have those angry faces while doing such scenes. They are intellegant actors .. that's why I find it unrealistic of them to do such scenes. Still watching them like a fool.

Wait Krinya .. how can you stop watching? It is just the beginning. I think once the marriage happens .. we'll enjoy Wahaj and Yumna scenes.

He cares for her. He even took her to see her parents, and agreed to take her to dargah, knowing that his mother must be angry that he didn't take her permission. I can see him fighting with Meerub , but defending her in front of others.

Yaar..for me chemistry is not "oh he held her hand or pushed her close " ..I like to watch passion but the story should be appealing or a love story ..when both hate each other where is the love story ? Hate also looks forced . After marriage anyways the girl has to be this dutiful wife whose world revolves around her husband ..

He will save her from goons or some difficult situation and become her hero ..the vamp will continue to create differences ..

At least some characters must be good so that there is a balance but supporting ones r all crazy . 🤪

We don't get such ziddi heroines in Pakistani dramas every day. But if you made up your mind , you are free to skip this drama.. will be happy discussing Kuch Ankahi or any other drama with you.😃

I am also confused about the main promo where Murtu is talking about his ex love. If there was someone in his life, there is no promo or even mention of a female supporting cast in the cast list. If his ex lover is not going to have any impact on his marriage because from the teaser he looks happy to marry her. Is this revelation only to add mirch masala in the show and create shock value which again will have no impact on the show??

Since I haven't learned my lesson from the slap scene, let me again try to justify why this scene is needed 😎

Maybe it's there to establish how important his position is to him that when he had to choose between love and position, he chose latter. This can later serve the purpose of how Meerab is special that he gives up his position for her ( given that they show it like this)

For me, the scene established another fact. Maa begum is such a manipulator. She literally drived him to such an edge that he had to give up his love. (I wanted to comment about her manipulation skill after the graveyard scene, like directly after the moment murtasim gives marriage suggestion, Abba khawab main bhi agye yaad dilane k Mera wada poora kro) so she might try to do the same in meerab's case.

See poor makers do have a logic behind every scene, they're just struggling with the execution 😆😆😆

Watching both later on today but did they indicate at all who the girl is he is meant to have given up.

Could it be Meerab ? As he seems so loving towards her too. Very far fetched I know but it's all very far fetched. Lol
