Arre this Doc is a really nice guy. Many are not liking him,perfectly ok.
From my personal experience i am telling you guys, in India hospitals are very commercial and money minded organizations. Govt Hospitals ki conditions,we all know. par pvt hospitals bhi kuch kaam nahi hei. If you have money ,you can get the best of best treatment in Indian only. par paise nahi toh kuch bhi nahi.
Also doctors are advised not to involve emotionally with their patients. Hona bhi nahi chahiye, otherwise you can't treat/operate them. This doc has been treating Aarav for many years, so we can see that emotional connection he has with Aarav's family. He can only do his job by saving Aarav's life. That's why he was pressuring Katha to arrange money so that docs can save his life. Without depositing money Hospital will not allow the docs to operate Aarav.
Doc's role is gonna end soon. Arre i am gonna miss him.😆

I think makers have changed the plot here.In OG the proposal was sudden and unexpected. Here Viaan was trying hard to get the answers and that's why offered the proposal to spend time with her. Let's watch the episode and will have clear idea.
