Its both of them Tina and Shalin --- both jhadoo English like oh they are so elite and can only express themselves in English, but they have the most grammatically wrong English. Tine toh her to him banati hai. her verbs, tenses are all over the place. Wouldnt have mattered otherwise but since they try to act so high class elitist with their bad English that's why it really so farcical and cringy.

If someone speaks another language, beside their home language, they can often misspeak a word here and there especially under heightened emotions or when speaking fast.

Poor man, he has been desperately going around ensuring everyone believes he is heartbroken. Give him a break!😭😆

Both Tina and shalin use wrong English.

Like Tina I was hurting. I was hurting sha.

This means she was hurting shalin. But she means she was hurt.

Tina's is English is many a times wrong

"I am hurting" must be the cringiest sentence. 😆

But I guess what these people mean by comfortable is that they speak in English most of the time not the language they know best. You can be comfortable with a language without being it your native language.

Yeah probably to show they are elite they speak in bad Grammer ...they actually don't know the proper English...🤣

No it's not wrong.

The norm is 'Sha, I was hurting'

But you can also say

'I was hurting, Sha' and nothing wrong with that as well.

However, yes there are times she does get it bit wrong - mostly in her word arrangements - but honestly the context is conveyed so it's alright if mot textbook correct. It does tell me, as an English person, that she is not a native speaker and I think Tina would hate that! In her mind she speaks perfect Etonian English!!😆

What I find the funniest is her trying to speak formal English in an American accent. Nimrit was having a hayday mimicking her!

They just got the habit to speak in English, maybe after entering the industry. 😆
