He can't keep his hands off to himself. We have been mocking him from the beginning how he touches or holds other women's hand so casually. In Shruti track. I think woh dialogues sai keliye reserved hai..agar future mein sai ka koi scene hoga jaisa aaj karishma ka tha after knowing virat hide the truth of vinu from her and confront him 🥲..woh sab kehne ka hak sai ka hai..par makers ka bharosa nahi

Because she is not getting exposed or humiliated the character gets maximum hatred in SM

Because Kavya got hatred in the show .. audience has forgiven her ..
