so far Sai has never been showing second guessing her decision to leave. She was always shown thinking that if V had not chosen P they would have been happy BUT she 's resigned herself into thinking that he never loved her, always loved P and she was just a habit and a bojh/zimmedari for him and therefore theres no point khoon jalaoing because at the end of the day V picked P to be with and P was always obsessive about V even when she was married to another guy. Unlike Mohit-K, Sai V marriage initially was forced and later remarriage she thought was love but she realized that it was one-sided because if it was true love from Vs side he'd have stood by her when she needed him most which he failed to do. She even said, his affection for her was probably just lagaav like we have with pets or even inanimate objects that we use on a daily basis. it wasnt love.
Mohit K were from different communities, had a love marriage and have been together for a long time- since college days.
But the love I guess is gone now....theres too many years of distance and too many complaints. but is there still anything left to save in their marriage ?
I really dont want Sai to counsel K by defending VP. I dont mind if she asks K to think about her decision because she married M for love and to ask her if shes sure about what she wants in life and if she wants to atleast try counseling etc before breaking it off. She had no personal grudge against M or K. She knew K wanted attention but didnt get it and preleap M had never directly misbehaved with Sai. Infact he told her about shruti and even after shruti kaand, he was actually the ONLY one who explicitly apologized to Sai for throwing her under the bus single handedly. Sam, NiNi, Shivani and all just kinda moved on without saying sorry to Sai. but Mohit and Sai had a car scene where he said sorry. So I think for all those reasons Sai has a certain soft spot for Mohit and therefore will not want him to be unhappy. But I really hope she doesnt tell K to return to a loveless marraige. If she gives counseling, I hope it will be more along the lines of- think and then act. bass. She knows better than everyone how low those people can stoop and how K has been treated. Without Sai, and P being "maalkin" , all the scut work of the house was on K only. also does Sai think M-K can ever go back to being happy after K has admitted to cheating? is Sai then condoning the infidelity? or does she see the reasons for it etc and see it as a transgression and not a criminal offence....because that may set the tone for her in future "forgiving" Vs deeds also as just transgressions and not seeing them as unforgivable.
