I hope the show can throw light on some of these issues considering they started out as Doctor family! Akshara as single mom would have had a hard time I believe! My babies were born early but not preemie, however my close family member who had a really preemie baby and I have seen the struggle, the baby was born during lockdown, when covid rules were super strict! The mother and father had to take it in turns to stay with baby! Uk hospitals if the mother is healthy she is discharged without the baby! The baby came back home with a oxygen tank because the lungs weren't fully developed!
