Why Shiv got privilege in today's nomination.

I don't understand why Shiv got privilege in today's nomination. He was captain last week and he got the right to nominate 3 contestants in last weeks nomination as well.

Let me refresh your memory, last week was MANDI task for nomination. He became captain afterwards and then there was task for all nominated people to save one of them

so got immunity this week

last week he saved sumbul

this week he is not given any right to save any1

but abdu is new captain, so he will save sajid
