This was sung at an event in West Bengal. I think the place was called Karandighi.

About Tere Naina - for me personally, I have had my say :)

It seems Sony has started uploading some full episode videos of II12 on YT. I found the Asha Bhosale episode which was apparently uploaded about a month back. These are not full episodes in the strict sense because much of the scenes between performances are edited out, but these videos contain all the performances and some of the guest feedback also.

For Arunita, as far as I remember, in the telecast Asha Bhosale had said "Aami ki bolbo - tumi to prochondo". I didn't find that in this video.

As opposed to that, Asha Bhosale, in this uploaded video first explains how that Ha ha Aa ha of Piya Tu Ab Toh Aaja, was difficult, and then says:

"yeh jab hamne kiya to bahaut proud feel kiya hame ki ham aisa kar sakte hain. Aur yeh jab koi karta hai, koi aap ke jaisa karta hai, toh mujhe bahaut achchha lagta hai. Aur aapne har gaane ko nyaay diya hai, sur mein gaaya hai. Bahaut sur mein gaati hain aap. Aur sur mera weak point hai ki agar sur mein koi nahin gaaye toh main gaana theek nahin samajhti. Bahaut achchha gaati hain aap, bahaut bahaut aap ko naam milega. Bahaut mera aashirwaad hai. Bahaut aashirwaad hai."

This is an incredible endorsement by one of the greatest!

Is this something they had not telecast earlier, or something that I don't remember?

Okay. I only remember the 6 words and I always felt there must be something more because those 6 words wouldn't have been enough to bring her to tears.

But in this upload they have removed those 6 words and the tears, and also the portions where Arunita is happily cleaning Ashaji's hands and Anu Malik says that Arunit ka bas chale to puri zindagi aise hi Ashaji ke haath pochhti rahe 😂
