It may be raavi going all out on dhara and gaumbi may even blame them for depriving Shiva of an education

But Shiva leaving with raavi seems far fetched and honestly I don't want a leap

What could possibly make Shiva leave the house, and especially Dhara, is what I can't think up. No matter what she does they can't 'see her tears' and so give in to even the ideas they don't agree with. What major incident happens that Shiva turns against her. As much as I don't want it to happen, it is still more likely for Shiva & Raavi to separate than it is for Shiva & Dhara. Let's see what route they take.

I'm not sure if they are showing that is all he can get without experience or that the employer is taking advantage of his situation to pay him a lot less.

Because they've made it all about her wanting them to be her yes-men. It doesn't look like love or concern when she constantly talks about them not blindly supporting her anymore.

They've never been bothered much with legality. And that has been the case right from the beginning.

How they can think trying to beat someone at their own game with such high stakes even though they have an easy alternative is being practical, I don't understand.

Why look down upon the job. It's not something to be embarrassed about. A lot of people even start out with such things and then move to more high paying jobs later. At the very least he will gain work experience and earn some money for the time being when they desperately need it.

Loosing the house too can make him leave dhara for good..that will be something he wouldnt tolerate

I'm in two minds about that one. He is obviously extremely attached to the house and so even opposing Dhara's idea but at the same time he also still thinks her to be blameless in everything that happened yet and did finally agree to support her plan. So, for me, Shiva could go either way. Can't predict.
