Nah! I didn’t know anything about it. We only talked for 1/2 hour before we decided to get married. He was going to leave for the US in a week, so got engaged after 3 days of our first meeting, got married 6 months later. Even during our engagement period, never talked about any of these things.
My in-laws are very forward, they don’t believe in kids staying with them, their thinking is wherever education and job takes them, kids should go and pursue. My FIL lived and worked in many parts of India as he was a civil servant, never lived with his own parents much after he got a job. So when my Jeth and my husband expressed interest in going abroad for higher studies after their Engineering, my in-laws never stopped them, never insisted they should come back either.

Honestly fight he dikhani hain toh show him giving self defense classes to small girls and boys.

I feel uncomfortable even reading about it. This can be extremely dangerous even for trained professionals.

Shiva's muscles have been shown to have been built from lifting heavy sacks not though any other fitness regimes and the only fighting experience he has been shown to have is from the random fights he got into with people. How can he even expect to be doing this as a job.

He could have been shown driving vehicles or even doing manual labour. This is so unnecessary not to forget unsafe. How can he possibly sustain such a lifestyle and how long before his medical bills cost more than he earns from this. The danger of permanent damage is also not small. This isn't something any family member should support him in doing.

Promoting the idea of joint families living like this is ridiculous. How many generations can even continue living together like this anyway. They had to build new rooms even more the existing adult members. What happens when the kids grow old enough to need their own rooms.

Also, while Dhara and Gautam are older than the others but they are not elderly. They need to stop showing them being treated as such. Talks of the brothers taking care of them in their old age sounds ridiculous. They don't have that much age difference.

TV shows and films have promoted this love language quite a bit for a long time. Becoming emotional and concerned for their loved one's well being is shown leading to them slapping those very people. Like a wake up call. They don't seem to realise it's just plain abuse. Similar to hitting young children 'for their own good' or to 'not spoil them'.

I mean..even if PS was taken from pandyas through crook doesnt make it legally ok for dhara to do the same crime and get it back..these idiots didnt put shwetha behind the bars when they had the evidence and situation favourable..but shwetha is not stupid to ignore that chance and put the whole family including the babies behind bar which is going to happen anyway..🤪

I find it really cool (and scary!) that people used to talk only during one meeting and get married. Aaj kal, we speak for at least for two weeks, and even then, it is difficult to decide. 😆

If they really do want to get the store back then just let Shweta's parents deal with her. It isn't a favour as their daughter is the one who created this mess. Why the reluctance to letting them fix it even given the situation they are in.

Coming up with risky ideas and not thinking of any long term plans for the future makes no sense. It's even been pointed out by other characters on the same show. How they still want this to be about Dhara struggling to keep the family together and getting their ancestral store back while the others don't care about it and are busy making selfish decisions is something I fail to comprehend.
