They make Akshu sound like a very weak or strong character as per their convenience. I don't feel most of the Birlas will have much sympathy towards her post leap. Neel's attempt at saving the girl's and akshu's attempt at saving him deserves some sort of recognition; stupid or not they did something that made a difference. The video or something should come out. They should go with an Akshu with conviction, 5 years is a huge time span; motherhood is a huge responsibility. The Goenkas should also give her a piece of their mind, when she returns.

The side character's honestly flip per track to track ..There is no strong writing for them.

Maybe they wanna try Abhi and Arohi and see if the negativity helps up the ratings like Ghum! After all this Akshara has existed for only a year. The opposite of repentance could happen if the ratings go up, the new character can be a nice example of an empath with his impact on the kid and Akshu if they write him well. This story could go anywhere as per ratings or shut shop at 4k. They still can mend things and make it work but they will forever destroy the essence if Abhi and Aru happens.
