I think over the years it’s got worse because they cut down in flights since Covid n they stopped having direct flights over the years but there other policies like u can cancel ur flight up to 10 minutes n have it as travel funds rather then losing the money n not charging carry on bags n can those who have excess baggage can check in two bags for free is cool !! Plus they do give vouchers n in case u earn A plus status then it’s worth it!!
Others charge u to upgrade in case want to carry another bag besides ur personal item n charge u to check in ur bags !! Personally I like JetBlue the most in dosmetic there seats are comfortable they have great variety in movie selections and don’t charge to use their Wi-Fi but they don’t fly everywhere n southwest in short flights or direct isn’t that bad ( though long flights u do have to change planes)
but as u mentioned United - poor customer service , though they have direct flights but then so do The other ones but they charge lots on small things even if u go business class
Okay. I have always flown Delta and have had no issues with them. Hopefully I’m not jinxing myself by saying this.
