Sid didn't rape her. She was getting hypothermic and he spoke on phone to one of his other doctor colleagues to get an opinion on how to save her and after going through what options were available it was body heat that was only quickest option. If her father who was the most senior doctor of the hospital deemed it as rape he would have took action when riddhima was screaming at sid accusing him of rape but because he knew what the situation was he knew sid had operated only as doctor in that moment in that secluded area to save his daughter.

They showed ekam mahaan and advait unappreciative forgetting that he went against his own father risking his life too saving the duo from a bomb blast.

Nehkam is alive coz of advait.
