Maybe Anupamaa just can't bring herself to admit that she doesn't or can't love CA the way she loves her other kids. It would be a question mark on her status as a mother as well as an acknowledgement that she is not perfect. Considering how proud she is of being a mother, it's ridiculous that her husband has to explain to her repeatedly what their kid CA needs from her.

She wouldn't have thought twice before paying attention to her grown up kids, even when they don't ask for it. The parallel with Paakhi's dance competition was deliberately added in this track. Anuj wasn't around then but someone else in the family can point it out to her.

Each time Anuj was talking and giving valid points she was dying to cut him off and give some nonsense justifications

This woman didn’t understand a single word Anuj said in the past and even today, as per her she was phataphat doing all work and khichdi banana was as important as the competition.

And Anuj was still explaining to her quite nicely saying Hamari Beti each time, even meri Anu ko chot lagi and Meri Anu kisi ke saamne beg kare mujhe achcha nahin lagta

But this woman is shameless, today even Baa looked more innocent than her because it wasn’t Baa but Anupama who wanted to stay back and cook for her bechari Baa

She supports Baa in all her wrongs, even when Dimpy asked Anupama the other day that why Baa hates me she acted and said I don’t know while she very well knows, it’s because of her this behavior Baa is so vile

And her body language entire time Anuj was talking to her was pathetic, she has broken all records of shamelessness and won’t be surprised if tomorrow she supports Vanraj over Anuj when Vanraj barges into Kapadia Mansion for fighting with Anuj over insulting his mother

Exactly my feelings. I was really surprised at her attitude she was justifying the bare minimum she did as an answer to end the matter. That was really bad.

Worst part is what nearly everyone has noticed. She doesn't care about CA's tears. Everytime she looked at her was when Anuj mentioned about it. Otherwise all she did was being busy feeling hurt and victimizing herself for Anuj's justified reaction.

Anuj was saying that she needs to learn to say no to unreasonable demands, even to him if needed. Maybe she should bring up the adoption and how she wasn't really keen on it when Anuj first brought it up.

It would be very sad if they ended up sending CA back to the orphanage to save her from the toxic environment. This marriage wouldn't last if that were to happen. Somehow I don't see Anuj letting go of CA, though. She made a place in his heart from the moment he first saw her.
