My best guess would be Arabic because Raha means peaceful.

It’s cute but from the position of her hand its size looks like a placemat. When I read quilt I thought it might an actual quilted blanket. I notice the infinity sign above baby’s name on the quilt. I find Alia’s obsessions about infinity sign and number 8 so very weird, but whatever.
