I think this is a trick precap to please Nekham fan and burn Admat fans. They will switch the shots in the episode a little so that Nehmat doesn't look like a total jerk.

Oh wow. Nehmat doesn't know about advait previous manipulations that audience know of, despite this she is behaving this way where she keeps thinking of ekam in front of advait and now goes to the extent of not caring that advait is in imminent danger and only caring about her ex. Here advait frustration and anger would be correct.

They can switch the shots but that doesn't mean Nehmat won't look less jerk ..
