Only thing looked interesting in that food plate is that orange colored item which resembles Aloo fry 😋.. Rest of the food in that plate looks alien to me, never saw such food item(both those irregular shaped pieces and green colored item) but again I read the caption "gujarati food"... So No wonder I couldn't recognize it (except Aloo fry) as I'm not familiar to Gujarati cuisine.... but oh wait that green colored item is chutney or what? Lmao.

Orange colored item is Grated raw Papaya Sambharo. Goes perfect with Ganthiya (the yellowish irregular shaped item.) Green is chutney.

He is singing.. Ganthiya.. Ganthiya.. sambharo & Lili chutney. 😆 (green is called lilo color in Guj).
