I am proud of you for taking this challenge. It is easy to sit at home and do housework. But going to work and trying to keep balance between work and personal life is very tough. Men think it is easy , but if they have to do so, they'll fall ill or become crazy. 🤪

Don't worry .. it is only in the beginning. Once you get used to it.. your energy will be doubled and you can manage. Just take rest. Sleep well.. and do housework anytime.
