Any US based MNC are legally prohibited from asking you personal questions as your age, marital status, sexual preference, salary and so on.. infact even salary should be based on offered job profile and not past job. HR and hiring manager do ask salary but not marital status or age..we as interviewers are reminded in each training to not ask such questions.. every year we are forced to go through such training to reinforce this... being in tech I have always worked in US MNC and those two banks were also US based..so while I am employed in India the rules applicable are those of US..

Yaar today aarav's dream really made me emotional.. It's such a scary thought to even think ki bachpan mein hi duniya se chale jana maa baap se dur.I shiver even at the thought of it.. The room getting dark he was mentioning.. O my god... It just makes me cry... Really have to say the baccha has done such nice acting ki it felt so real.

Even i got emotional while watching that scene. I just love Katha and Aarav's scene. The way Katha controlled her anger and made a joke out of it was ❤️ i just love these maa n beta. ❤️😭
