Bold- Completely agree to this. And ONS will be with consent, so aise dono ke beech hi baat rahegi and no one gets harmed by this.

Also, She doesn't know anything about the rival company and can't trust them. That entire offer seems shady to me. She doesn't know what happens if she betrays the company. But if she rejects this, she still is safe with her job which is her main financial support rn.

Abhi to she has 5 days and she's still hopeful ki kuch to ho hi jayega. And she has no idea that viaan will make that offer. Looking at all the promos, I guess aarav will be hospitalized soon, before the date Dr has given...so then she'll have no other option than to go to viaan once more and try.

am not surprised that some would think that way. so I have this friend who is bit of 'fast lifestyle'. so she meets guys on dating apps and some are just looking for flings/one night stands. one guy she met suggested she try for a job at his firm.

when she was telling me, I asked "is this real offer? sounds shady. maybe he just wants a fling?". her response was, "if I get a job while having a fling, why not? if he is only dangling a job just to get a fling but there is no job, I will be annoyed." I was kind of surprised at her response because of the kind of nuance and the grey in how she interprets one night stand/fling with benefits. anyway, it turned out the guy was only suggesting the job to be able to have a fling. she turned him down and on to swiping right on the next guy on app.

Yaar to be frank ONS is purely their wish abd here he is not forcing her or zabardasti right and it's her choice and for now she doesn't have any choice and point to be noted will she tell him why she need money or will he ask her why she need that much big amount? 😉

in the original, she wouldn't tell him why she needed the money and when he finds out, he is basically banging his head in horror. he keeps telling her that if she had simply told him why she needed the money, he would have given the money with zero conditions. so all she had to do was be truthful.

that was a question I never got while watching the original. if she was willing to sleep with him, why not try tell the truth beforehand and see if he will melt?

another conflict in the original is that she is neither sanskari and neither is she fast lifestyle. so if she had been in love with him and in a physical relationship, it wouldn't have bothered her. but to do it without any heart tears her apart and makes her feel very low as a person. think we might see something similar here...

Oh gosh.. please don't judge me.. but I am 💯 with your friend. Exactly my thoughts.

I believe as long as one is not hurting others it's good it's there beliefs ..so with ONS as katha is not hurting anyone but herself it's best.. serial the two choices didn't come at same time but if they had, rival offer has risk of landing in jail and who will take care of her son.

From Mon episode, Jeetu sir as senior operations person in office got shown as an elderly sincere gentleman. He came across understanding, even doubted correct if Katha has as any health problem or if anyone dear to her is sick for which she needs such huge amount 1 crore as quick loan.? He also knows Katha's parents are no more.😳 Not convinced why couldn't Katha tell Jeetu sir half truth atleast, that she has a relative who is terminally ill, instead of covering up that she just has some financial problem?

May be Katha got this job thru her friend Rewa's reference, she is still in probation period to become permanent, so if office folks who are new to her don't trust her, its reasonable 🤔 what are office people assuming that Katha is living alone? or sharing flat with Rewa her friend & office colleague?

We need some more clarity from writers/directors, what did Katha say in interview or fill up her forms while joining Viaan's company, widow/single or unmarried/single? what big issue if a single widow with a child seeks a job, why Rewa made Katha lie to get this job?

kekeke... you are right! we shouldn't discuss the original so much. to be honest, I have forgotten pretty much most of the drama. 😂 I only remember the infamous proposal scenes because it was so shocking, different and not something you see. and you are right, he was so cool. the difference with his suggestion was that he was not being sleezy. it was more like a dare. she was free to turn it down and he wouldn't have cared either way. we will see how it plays out.

the original also came out years ago in a different social era. nowadays, people are so sensitive that even a genuine romantic interest can be misread. was reading an article that one of the fallouts of metoo movement is that men are scared of socializing with women in the workplace and so will not hang out unless it is a group setting. this frustrates women in certain industries where there are more men than women and they feel that they are losing out on mentorship and networking opportunities that men would get just by hanging out for a smoke or a beer.

In the OG he doesn't ask her the reason, just says ki you are a temporary employee toh there will obviously be a fee...and she agrees to it. Lekin waha, in OG, he was super attracted to her...yaha yeh vihaan kyu bolega?
