Who is Zuzu Tina keeps talking about?

Who is Zuzu that Tina always brings her in conversations? Seems like he/she sends her clothes and Tina is so looking forward to go home where Zuzu will be there to look after. Any idea?

The way she keeps describing his attributes….. zaroor uske ghar ka Ramu kaka hoga ….. who has no option but to tolerate her tantrums and do jee huzari
