Remember pre leap, he never had guts to confess to Sai about his feelings till anniversary, then that too crashed...Sai had to come around and confess loud and clear for their otherwise stuck love story to move.
And regarding his relationship with the ladies, be it P or Shruti, he never thinks how Sai will think because in his head he has nothing with them, it doesn't matter to him how it looks. For him if Sai loves him, she should trust him because he is just Godly level Mahaan. This is who V is, he is not doing all this for the first time, will not be doing this for the last.
Whole chavans r supporting her n only thinks sai is fault so how she will guilty?
