G- Aur saath mein aapko family drama mein phasaa bhi diya

He dismisses the notion

M- Aisa nahi hai.

He looks around and then at her

M- This is turning out be best day of my life

He says dreamily

She looks up at him with her huge doe like astonished eyes

Dono raat tak ghumte hain, dinner karte hain saath, ice cream khaate hain

They even drive around the city and enjoy the serene new silence of the former noisy city

G- Main kabhi itni raat tak bahar nahi rahi

Geet confesses

M- Tumhare ghar mein kaun kaun hai tumne bataya nahi

G- Aap toh sab se mil hi loye, uske alawa meri chotti behenein hain

M- I see. Aur koi nahi hai tumhari zindagi mein?

G- Aur kaun hoga?

M- I mean dost aur sab

G- Haan, bataya naa. Meri sab saheliyon ki shaadi ho gai

Maan doesn’t probe more

Dono hotel wapas pohonchte hain

G- Good night

M- Good night

Maan who was walking towards his room stops and looks at her

G- Aaap…kal jaa rahe hain toh…emm…main aapke saath airport tak chalun?

Maan smiles

M- Sure

Maan wanted to ask her, but he didn’t know what she would feel. Now he feels elated as Geet will come. He liked spending time with her and wanted to spend some more

Geet was also feeling a sense of weird emptiness just thinking about Maan leaving so she wants to spend few more hours before he leaves

Both don’t know whether the other would like to be in contact after separating ways but wish they would

Next day, Geet accompanies him to the airport

M- Abhi time hai. Breakfast kar lete hain pehle

As if stealing time form the inevitable and for delaying the moment, they are making excuses

Geet agrees

They have breakfast together

Its almost time for him to get in

G- Aap social media mein ho?

M- Haan. Main active nahi hoon par.

They both add each other on social media

Thodi tassalli hui ki social media mein toh connected rahenge

M-emm..okay then…main chalta hoon

She nods

G-Have a safe flight. It was nice knowing you…I enjoyed the time we spent

She offers her hand for a handshake

He reciprocates by gently shaking her hand

This is the first time they have a physical touch

It felt as if…as if the time froze for that moment

The boarding announcement bring them back to reality

He walks away with reluctance

Her eyes have an unexplainable silence

She is trying to see him as long as she could, as much as she could

She keeps on looking till the view of the Maan she spent those beautiful moments completely disappears

Geet was turning to go back when she notices bunch of police officers entering the airport

She stops on her feet seeing her family accompanying the police officers

She runs towards them to see what’s the matter

G- Aap log yahan? Aaap yahan kya kar rahe hain

Few police officers stop her

‘Peeche rahiye aap , madam’

‘Ye hamari beti hai’

Her family reassures the police

G- Aap log yahan pe kyun…?

Before she could finish she sees Maan being hand-cuffed and being escorted out of the airport by the police force

Oh no. Who is Maan whybus he arrested. What happened. Why did her family do that
