I think that's nonsense. That logic could also be used to describe Rani, Kajol, Karishma, Juhi, etc.

This is a tough one but I voted sushmita, her confidence and personality is soo attractive 

It was tough to choose as I like 7 out of 10  actresses here.  I filtered out and selected Sonali Bendre and Manisha Koirala as hottest ladies  but finally voted for Sonali Bendre, a hottest woman with one of the most beautiful faces.
