Loved the movie.. One of my most favourite songs 😍... Preity and Srk's chemistry and angst in this song is something else. Preity looked too pretty.. I love vocals and music😍 :

Remember the craze surrounding it due to the A-lister star cast, also remember how excited we were for it. Have to say we were kinda disappointed -- the movie, despite being well-made and well-acted, was so slow-paced and dragging, and the main storyline was a little bit too ridiculous for a mid 2000s movie. But to give credit where it is due, everything about the film was very well-made and well-execututed.

Rani was something else though. Preity gave her career-best performance here, but Rani stole the show from everyone. One of the favorite performances from her.

SRK & Preity chemistry was awesome.

Rani was absolutely fantastic.

And jaanam dekh lo my favourite song.

Tere liye hum hain jiye-iconic melody.

I attempted to watch this film 3 x but I continued to fall into an open mouthed coma. Finally watched it on my 4th attempt and it was a good movie (depressing AF) but slow paced. The songs were amazing. Since the best ones have already been listed, here’s the other gems.

Also one of my favourite hero & heroine meeting scenes. Find yourself a man like Veer Pratap Singh who looks at you mesmerised while you’re swinging in the sky. Alas, I’m terrified of heights so he wouldn’t be moving my hair away from my face, rather he’d be wiping the foam from my mouth as I seize up in terror. 🤗

My favorite romantic movie of SRK.

I usually find his big blockbusters overrated. His best movies IMO have been those where he did something different (Dil Se, Swades, CDI, DZ); ones where he was an anti-hero or villain (Baazigar, Darr); or masala entertainers like Karan Arjun/Baadshah/OSO.
