Instigation by bringing OUTSIDE STUFF is also against the rules. Shiv was constantly commenting on Archana's profession, political party and Priyanka Gandhi (a person who has nothing to do with this show). The fact that Shiv had to stoop low by bringing outside matters to instigate Archana, instead of sticking to what has just happened in the show, tells alot about him.

Agar ye allowed hain toh then contestants should also bring Sajid's MeToo allegations and Shalin's cases of domestic violence against him during fights and arguments. If that happens we would see how calm Tina, Sumbul, Shalin and Shiv stay, after wanting to throw Archana out of the house for losing her calm.

Let me use another scenario, If someone gets on a busy road in front of running vehicle what will happen? The driver will definitely get charged but does that mean that who deliberately came in front of the vehicle is innocent?

Archana is 100% wrong but so is Shiv for provoking. And Archana is rightfully evicted. However, it's not an essential rule that in a matter one will be right and one will be wrong, both can be wrong just like this case.

Specially when this wasn't his matter to begin with.

Are we seriously now discussing how physical violence is wrong when there have been contestants made winner despite being violent throughout the season. Bb threw away their violent rules long back dont see how they shuld use it only on archu. Just bcoz shes not their ladla ladli aur damad. I can name 5 contestants who were in the house despite veing violent n more thn what archu did. Either keep rules for everyone or no one.

Shiv planned the whole thing. Theres 1 thing to instigate n irritate like archu does but its completely diff when u preplan to get attacked n send someone home.
