As for her linking Sumbul with Shalin, she was wrong and she is the one who always brings up Sumbul's name in conversations with Shalin to tease him or whatever. Sumbul also with her silly behavior makes things easier for her and even the neutral audience to judge her. She doesn't even realise how it looks outside.
