She has somehow realized that her relation with Shalin is not being liked by audience and is spoiling her game. That's why she is now doing all these things to avoid their fake love story. As for her linking Sumbul with Shalin, she was wrong and she is the one who always brings up Sumbul's name in conversations with Shalin to tease him or whatever. Sumbul also with her silly behavior makes things easier for her and even the neutral audience to judge her. She doesn't even realise how it looks outside. Sumbul probably is infatuated with Shalin but Tina does not need to make it obvious everytime.
